OUR GOAL is to help you succeed in your 15 weeks at NLC

Owner is a graduate and previous Class President of NLC Idaho, currently employed with a major California utility company. Not only are we able to provide extensive knowledge of this industry, we are able to help answer questions about getting into the industry. If you are not interested in working for a Utility Company, we also have a great deal of knowledge how “Outside Construction” works. We are available to you if you have any questions about line work or the material covered in class.

 Our facility is a multiplex with (4) 2 bed/1 bath apartments.. Occupancy is 2 students per apartment. They are completely furnished units, the only thing you need to bring are linens.  Cable and WiFi provided; You must provide Renter’s Insurance for the 15 weeks you occupy our property. Rent is $875 per month (includes $100 per unit utility allowance and $100 month for a cleaning service to clean unit) with a $600 deposit ($500 is refundable $100 will be held to go towards your Move Out Clean). All payments must be made online by Credit Card or Cash..
