Welcome to Lineman Life Properties

Started for you, our future Lineman by a 3rd Generation Lineman

OUR GOAL is to help you succeed in your 15 weeks at NLC

We are a 3rd Generation Lineman Family. Brandon is a graduate and previous Class President of NLC Idaho, now Journeyman Lineman. Scott has worked in this industry for over 36 years himself, also a Journeyman Lineman. We believe this is one of the best blue collar trades out there and you will succeed if you put the work in and are willing to do what it takes to stand out above the others. Not only are we able to provide extensive knowledge of this industry, we are able to help answer questions about getting into the industry. If you are not interested in working for a Utility Company, we also have a great deal of knowledge how “Outside Construction” works. We will be available to you if you have any questions about line work or the material covered in class.

We take pride in what we offer as well as pride in maintaining our properties. We strive to provide you the best housing option in Oroville and have for over 10 years.

We are looking for a selective group of students who value this 15 week opportunity and are willing to be a Team Player when it comes to respecting your housemate/s and our property, who all have the common goal of prioritizing this whole experience and creating some long lasting friendships and memories along the way.

We want each and every one of our tenants to have an awesome experience and get the most out of the 15 weeks at NLC. You are spending a great deal of money and we want to support your decision to attend NLC as well as if you choose to stay at our property you are choosing to meet the expectations we have of our tenants.

If you can't HONESTLY answer YES to the following questions, we probably aren't the place for you:

1) I was taught to clean up after myself on a daily basis, I like living in a clean, picked up space

2) I can be considerate of my housemates need to study, sleep or just relax

3) I will not touch other people's belongings without asking and will make sure my guests don't either

4) I will be mindful of my housemate/s when inviting others over

5) I will respect Lineman Life Properties property and furnishings and will not allow my guests to trash it either

6) I don't typically overindulge with alcohol to the point I get aggressive, careless or annoying

I also want to mention our Rental Documents go over our expectations so you might want to read the documents first before paying your deposit to secure a room with us. We realize this isn't an "age" thing, all ages are welcome, this is "taught behavior" and we feel everyone will have a better experience if they are around more like-minded people.
