Initial Rent Payment needs to be 2 month's rent (select quantity 2 when paying)

$25/day late charge, this has to be a separate transaction from your rent. You will select the number of days late and it will calculate the total fee.

Internet Payments

The initial rent payment will include the 1st & 4th(last) months rent .
