​This BRAND NEW property is a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house located 1.4 miles from the main road to the NLC campus and right next to Table Mountain Golf Course. We are ready for you but still working on putting our finishing touches on it to make it "Lineman" approved. 

This house sits on a 10 acre parcel. It is a private road, from the main road it is .8 mile down a gravel road, the speed limit is 25 mph (the neighbors WILL complain to us if you are speeding) and the neighbors WILL complain if it's noisy after 10pm (which is the noise ordinance law as well)  Please- if you or your guests are unable to be mindful of our neighbors and follow these simple requests, don't ask to stay at this location. Failure to follow these rules could result in eviction from our property.

Renter's Insurance

Renter's Insurance is mandatory when staying at our properties. It must be in effect the entire length of your stay. For the Par Four property we have had the most luck with an online company called ePremium. You just need enough coverage to cover your personal belongings, the liability limits are up to you. You must list Lineman Life Properties/Caroline Branch as an interested party. Also you will need to email me the Declaration page prior to your move in day. 

***The dates for your lease will start the Saturday prior to the first day of school and end the day after you graduate
